We at PD SIGNS & graphics, Inc. are not going to tell you that we are better than everyone else. We recognize that 80% of the signs, required by businesses could be produced by any competent Sign shop. The pricing is also very competitive in the industry. What sets PD SIGNS & graphics apart are 3 things:

Experience & training – We have some of the most accomplished, award-winning designers in the DFW area. They have had extensive training in the art of design, and communication. For example, how many sign professionals know that upper and lower case text is readable from 50% further away than all caps? Or that the single most important item to put on a vehicle is not your name or phone number, but what you do? When one client wanted to spend $3000 on a display booth graphics package with 12 different graphic elements we advised them that although the booth looked fantastic in our showroom, that same booth dropped into the middle of a 20,000 sq. ft. trade show would disappear. We shared how a large, simple easy to see, package would have far more visceral impact, and that they could save $950 to boot. Our Staff knows how to ask the right questions. We try to understand what our clients want to say about their business. It doesn’t help to be a fine graphic artist if you are not intuitive or don’t know how to listen to your clients.
Efficiency – We have spent years developing and fine-tuning elements of our business from suppliers, sub contractors, communication and follow-up procedures, to accounting, art file organization, and scheduling. We take great care to know how long a job is going to take from beginning to completion and DO NOT promise what we cannot deliver. In the past five years we have completed over 400 jobs. I can count on one hand the times when we have missed a deadline.
Outstanding Service – We understand that the job of procuring signage for a company is just one of many tasks that our client must take care of. We are very easy to work with, and we endeavor to make our client’s job as easy as possible. We very much appreciate loyalty too. We may be the only sign company who after 8 years of doing vehicle graphics for a leading flooring company actually lowered our price. If a job goes wrong (yes, it happens) we correct it immediately – not a week later. We believe that a man’s word is his integrity – That if we say it, we had better darned well perform it. We have built our company almost exclusively on repeat business and referrals. That marketing plan simply does not work if the company is undependable.
